What's New In the Clayson Lab:

Matlab Software

I have created a Matlab toolbox that would be useful for anyone who wants to perform EOF, wavelet, and other statistical analyses using Matlab. The toolbox can be found here.

In order to run the wavelet tools in the toolbox, another file is needed. That file can be found here.

A complete description of all the tools in the Matlab toolbox can be found here.

Additional Notes:

1. Matrix tools require that the data is in a particular format. That format is denoted in the help of each function.

2. Any errors in the tools or suggestions for improvement of tools should be forwarded to Jeremiah Brown at jbrown@gfdi.fsu.edu.
